“Snowdrop,” despite starring Global Idol BLACKPINK’s Ji-soo and popular actor Jung Hae-in, will end earlier than scheduled.
On the 21st, JTBC’s reveal that “Snowdrop” 15th and 16th episodes of the drama will be aired continuously on the 30th.
“Snowdrop” is a 16-episode series that has now aired up to 11 episodes. Originally, it was scheduled to end on the 5th of next month, but it will end a week earlier than scheduled as JTBC decided to broadcast 30 days in a row. However, the timing of the series has yet to be decided.

The decision was reportedly made in consideration of increased viewer ratings in time for the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday. Only the closing date has been pushed forward, but the planned 16-part series will be carried out without a hitch.
“Snowdrop” is a story about the desperate love story of Suho (played by Jeong Hae-in), a prestigious university student who jumped into the dormitory of a women’s, in Seoul in 1987, and Young-ro (played by Ji-soo), a female college student who hid and treated him.
Regarding the controversy over the distortion of history, the production team said, “Please check the contents of the drama,” adding that Kang Soo, who aired three to five episodes in a row at the beginning of the broadcast, did not die down the critical response.
In the end, “Snowdrop” has not been able to gain strength as it has recorded 1 to 3 percent ratings throughout the show, even with global idol group BLACKPINK’s Ji-soo and popular actor Jung Hae-in.
Although the end date of “Snowdrop” has been pushed up, The Meteorological Drama, “Forecasting Love and Weather” starring Park Min-young and Song Kang, who are preparing to air Immediately a week after Snowdrop”, will not air immediately the following week. The drama will premiere on February 12 as scheduled.
