JTBC’s new drama ‘King the Land’ (written by Choi Rom, and will be directed by Im Hyun-wook, which will be aired for the first time in the first half of 2023, is directed by Gu Gu-won (Lee Jun-ho), a man who despises laughter, and the Smile Queen who must laugh. It depicts the story of Angela (Lim Yoon-ah), who makes a day when they can smile brightly at the VVIP business lounge ‘King the Land’, a dream of hoteliers.
The character of rescue that Lee Jun-ho will play in the play is the son of the King group, who has innate dignity and charisma, a brilliant brain, and chic charm. He has everything but does not have memories of his mother who suddenly disappeared. At the King Hotel, where he enters to find the answer, he runs into an employee Cheol-rang (Lim Yoon-a), a female employee who has the opposite personality to him. Accordingly, actor Lee Jun-ho, who will create a salvation character that will shoot the hearts of many people with his warm appearance and harsh personality, raises curiosity.
Lim Yoon-ah will play the role of Cheol-rang, the Smile Queen of the King Hotel. Angelang is a person who ascended from the lobby information desk to the ‘King the Land’, a dream of hoteliers with a beautiful smile and perfect service that calls for customer satisfaction. She wants to become a hotelier who gives people happiness, but trouble starts to arise in her simple dream as the heir of the King Hotel appears in front of her. Expectations are high for Lim Yoon-ah’s acting transformation, who already boasts an amazing synchro rate and a cloth love character with the prettiest smile on her face.
On the other hand, the lineup to create ‘King the Land’ with Junho and Yoona has also been revealed, drawing attention. The role of Oh Pyung-hwa, a friend of Angela and the flight attendant of King Air, will be played by actress Go Won-hee, who has a strong voice. In addition, actress Kim Ga-eun, who has made a mark with a strong presence, will join the role of Kang Da-eul, who is a passionate sales king and superwoman, heralding the deep chemistry of the ‘King Group’ employees and best friends.
